Review Policy

Honest ratings cannot be purchased. Restaurants cannot remove valid criticism.

• Reviews are dish-specific and tied to a restaurant location.
• Verified reviews (receipt, geo, offer redemption) are weighted higher but never replace raw counts.
• You choose whether a review is public, restaurant-only, or private.
• Restaurants may respond publicly, request more information, or send a recovery offer — they cannot delete your review.
• Reviews may be removed if they violate Community Guidelines. Removals are logged and appealable.
